WHEN AND HOW TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION OF MY ORDER?
If you realize that you have made a mistake when entering shipping information or placing an order, simply email us at contact@soharicmedia.com within 24 hours.
Please check your order confirmation email, which is sent immediately after your order is placed, to verify all information.
WHEN DO I GET THE TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia.
Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and peak sale periods. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days for stock preparation and packaging.
Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after payment, please contact us at contact@soharicmedia.com.
Orders may be delayed if payment or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect.
HOW TO CHECK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Estimated Delivery Date = Order Date + 2–5 business days (processing) + shipping time

United States: 7–15 business days

Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
You can expect to receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date.
Please note:
Tracking updates may be delayed when packages are transferred between international logistics systems (typically 2–7 days).
RISK-FREE SHIPPING
If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a 100% refund for that item.
If your package is missing, please contact us at contact@soharicmedia.com.
We will investigate (usually within 3–5 business days) and provide a resolution.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
All prices on our website are displayed in USD and are tax-exclusive.
You may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.
Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the package reaches your country and:
